- Great, kind onboarding team

Cons

- You sign 100 contracts before starting working - they canceled my contract because the client someday couldn't afford the payment of his project - they cut 50% of my compensation with no single reason PS: happened for all members of my team who were working on the same project

I came here while still studying, and the management was incredibly flexible and accommodating to my needs. Plus, there are plenty of growth opportunities with the team expanding and the management looking inside the company for talented individuals.
