Pros

If you prove your loyalty, this company will do the same. The work culture is strong. There is always something happening, initiatives to get behind. You earn USD. Work from home or anywhere that has a secure internet connection (you can travel & work). You are always encouraged to grow (internal growth opportunities). Open communication (being honest) is encouraged. Paid time off. Long term employment is encouraged. Great referral program.

Cons

A small amount of sick days are allocated yearly. Working holidays and weekends is often the case for support agents. You might be required to work night shifts (it's the job, but some won't like that) You do not get public holidays off (it's impossible to manage with a global company as each person lives somewhere different)
