      Pros

      The local (Madrid) team was great, great attitude and communication. The company was very organized and active. There was a lot that was good about this company... until we got shafted.

      Political agendas got our entire team fired, two weeks notice, right before the Holidays. They through away all the knowledge we'd built over the previous few years, just because the other team (in another country) didn't like speaking English (even though it is in their contract.) They all but refused to actively communicate with us and then used lack of communication as one of the reasons to move everything to that country. It could have been handled so much better. There were *a lot* of pointless meetings.
