Pros

The local team was very family focused but that in itself is the problem. Since being taken over by Syngenta the family environment has turned into corporate hell.

Cons

No clear vision for success or project completion and a heavy reliance on labor from outside the company that can be outsourced at low wages. Fundamentally the entire tech team was let go and the projects were handed to outsourced foreign teams. Senior leadership has no care or concern for anyone other than the bottom line and making themselves successful.
