      I have been working at TBO for the last 1.5 years as an Ops Manager. I would recommend TBO to anyone who wants great exposure. Here, you get complete leverage to drive things on your own, and the company has an open-door policy. From a learning perspective, there is so much to learn. Overall, it has been a great experience so far.
