      Flexibility in the work you do, you can do lot of experimentation. Data pipeline is great here so you have enough insights through data as well as customer interaction.

      Frequent change of plans/ roadmap and org structure.

      A Great Place to Grow and Build Your Career

      I have been associated with this company for more than a decade and have grown with the organisation, from team lead to Vice President of Technology. The main reason for staying with the organisations are 1. Strong opportunities for career advancement and internal growth. 2. Give value to Tech and continuous focus to improve the product and new technology. 3.Management is open to new ideas and values employee contributions. 4. Supportive Leadership with Good recognition. 5. Getting the opportunity to work on multiple projects and teams in multiple areas. 6. Healthy work-life balance and support through flexible policies.

      Cons

      1. Parking availability can sometimes be limited. 2. Company trip should be more than 1 per year for better cross team communication.
