      Extremely Disorganized and Unprofessional Work Environment

      The monthly pay was decent

      Cons

      Laid off after a year with no warning, despite no performance issues. Management is poor, Fear management and HR lacks transparency. Training is disorganized and mostly self-directed, with minimal guidance. Overall, a chaotic and disappointing experience.
