      Flexible timings, Free lunch, Pay on time

      Cons

      The appraisal cycle is April to March which is ordinary but the appraisal process starts in May and ends in July ,you will receive the incremented salary on 31st July as a surprise. And all the harassment and mental torture they give during this period is above and beyond. There is no negotiation talk option.

      It is great to be a part of a wonderful team here at TBO Tek Limited. I have been associated with TBO.com since last 13 years and since I have joined there has been no looking back. Handled lot of new projects and assignments under the guidance of the leadership team. The leadership team here at TBO.com is approachable and supportive.
