      Pros

      Working at TBO.com has genuinely strengthened my professional confidence. You are given real responsibility early on, which pushes you to think independently and take ownership of your work. The exposure across functions and stakeholders is excellent, especially if you want to understand the business beyond your defined role. It has been a space where I’ve grown in confidence, decision-making, and ownership. What stands out most is the exposure. You’re not limited to routine execution. You’re encouraged to question processes, improve systems, and take decisions that actually move the needle. The leadership team values performance and clarity over noise, and that creates a culture where results matter.

      Cons

      Personally, I always look forward to coming to the office because the environment keeps me motivated and engaged. If you’re committed and ready to work hard, there aren’t really any cons. The experience largely depends on how much you choose to invest in it.
