      Toxic Work Culture , Bad Learning Curve

      - Flexible timings - Free lunch - New joining staff is tallented

      Cons

      - Management has been extremely toxic even for freshers - VP's are very rude and have zero manners on how to treat employees taking full advantage of their position - very few growth opportunities

      Learning is exponential. Food Celebrations and games per quarter Flexibility in timings Chill and Relax environment if working honestly.

      Cons

      Only 1 day WFH available per week. No system to turn earn leave to money Some technology they work upon
