Upper management is extremely polite, friendly, and respectful. They do an excellent job of making sure that all employees feel that they are welcome and valued.

Cons

Though I didn't experience this myself, I heard some complaints that some of the lower level managers were not so friendly or respectful, and did not treat their employees well.
