Pros

Young, highly-skilled, professional workforce. I´ve had a lot to learn and I´ve found managers and peers alike very friendly and willing to share their experience and best practice. Very strong focus on security - which is to be expected.

Cons

The rate of change can be a bit overwhelming at times.

Pros

- International working environment - Dynamic and challenging jobs - A lot of opportunities for personal and professional development - Possibilities for traveling abroad and international career - A lot of activities for motivating employees (fruit days, gym membership, team building activities, birthday cards etc)

Cons

- TLScontact is fast growing company which means that there are a lot of challenges ahead for the company and employees on certain positions. Some people may see this as a negative side, but from the other side someone can see this as a challenge and opportunity - Distance management
