      Pros

      There are a lot of people, so a lot of opportunities to learn with them. They have patterns and things used to be organized. It's a good place to learn about technologies and programming languages, as they use many types.

      Cons

      As they are a big company and they have patterns and rules for many things, sometimes things take to much time to be done, because the process is to big.

      location, unstable management values (they change director as a change of clothes and when you notice the whole company values is different, you have to travel a lot, bad communication between departments

      Not organised, working with different projects at the same time (difficulting deployment). Some projects involved travelling, taking time to do it...
