      Pros

      Learned a lot of few subjects, met nice people, had some laughs. I believe that it is a good experience for begginers, but after a while it sucks

      Cons

      Not a whole lot of meritocracy, heard weird sexual stories about senior managers and consultants and saw some people being favoured. A lot of clique behaivour as well made the opportunitires not so equal
