      There are serious project management problems, they only know how to sell projects but employ junior analysts or interns to deliver them. Excessive work is another very negative factor, as it ends up undermining the employee's training in exchange for the accumulation of work. - Intern doing senior work - Excessive work - Quantity rather than quality - Pressure from managers
