      Good workplace environment, poor career prospects

      Pros

      People are generally friendly, although there are always some bad apples;

      Cons

      Highly political environment in management, which makes it hard to have a long term future. Very cost driven, and not merit driven. So, if you are a high performer and have an independent streak, chances are that you will not last too long. Radical changes in management structure every six months seem very arbitrary and not well thought through. Leads to situations where directors have responsibility for areas where they have no hands on experience.

      Pros

      Good place to grow up your carreer, improve your knowledges and make friends. The difference between this company and others is that here you learns knowledges about a specific area: Financial Services. When a project finish up, you will be probably relocated into another project, your knowledge about financial services will be always growing up.

      Cons

      There is a lot of processes (old processes) that doesn't work. A lot of travels. A lot of overtime (but it is payed, so it's not so bad).

      Good people work there - not for long time - but delivers great moments; The office is well structured and offers good tools to work; Absolutely no pressure to deliver products (in my department);

      Cons

      As the same way that the people that work there are great, they are poorly managed; Projects are often canceled; No career opportunities; The culture at the corporation is only theoretical; Low bonuses and benefits; The managers and old employees creates political environments where they are overprotected; Favoritism; Poor work recognition;
