      Work with industry leading talent; get promoted from within; learn from humble leaders; come and go as you please; get recognized for great work; the standard food / snacks / catered lunches; be that change you want to see in the company / industry; great software that customers love; company travel to fun places to meet and get appreciated by customers! HACK DAYS!

      Cons

      fast paced delivery can lead to some end-game confusion, but rarely to crunch time and longer hours; a little too much push reporting of personal and team accomplishments 'It's right there in the data! just look!"

      Pros

      Fun and less conservative environment. The big dogs (CEO, CFO, VP sales, VP marketing....) come to new employees orientations to meet and greet. I loved our Director of Operations - she cared a lot for her team and respected us.

      Cons

      Salary was very LOW. They always have food and drinks but that doesn't translate to pocket money especially if you are a healthy eater.

      Pros

      Tableau honestly cares about its missions, corporate values, and culture. There is a web site about corporate mission, internal pages (initially written by the CEO) about values and culture, and incredibly open sharing of information about corporate status and plans.

      Cons

      Tableau tries to be a small startup atmosphere, but at over 3000 employees is forced to act like a big company. Trying to find the balance is a challenge.
