      Pros

      Tableau has free food and kitchens that are fully stocked, moral events and all the usual techie perks

      Cons

      They are working on fixing their desktop product which is a huge monolithic piece of code and all in perforce which makes trying to develop rapidly a huge pain.

      Pros

      Help people see and understand data! Culture of giving with the Tableau foundation. Executive level is working towards fixing the issues but it hasn’t trickled down yet.

      Cons

      No culture of ownership. Some people are still boat anchors. While most of the company is great there is still bro culture in places.
