      Pros

      One of the best companies I've worked for. People are fun, product is amazing and culture is great. Company flies in employees from around the world to Seattle for sales kick off. A lot of opportunities to contribute in your work and to share your own ideas.

      Cons

      Hiring had to be fast to cater for the growth of the company. As a result, we might have hired people who may not be a good fit.

      - Brilliant product (a lot of product training provided) - Very happy customers (will make you feel proud of the product) - Good culture across the offices - Great colleagues to work with (most people are passionate)

      - Unrealistic targets - Still struggling with the partner ecosystem - Instability in the sales organisation (still trying to perfect it)

      Great marketing environment and team

      Pros

      Really smart people, opportunity for growth, people will help you. You have never seen collaboration at this level. Management cares. You can be creative. Innovation is encouraged. Culture is strong. Not many politics. You’ll work hard but it’s mostly appreciated. Customers still love the product. I just watched some of their conference (which is a huge company wide thing) and customers seem as happy as ever. Much better place to work than other software companies in the area. I didn’t realize how hard it would be to find this kind of thing at another company.

      Cons

      Getting big with too much talk about scale at the expense of being able to do interesting things. Lots of demand for working fast and hard. Stressful. Training is okay but you’ve got to want to learn. Some people don’t get it and make life harder than it needs to be. (FYI to them, Amazon is hiring.)
