- Passionate people - Focused on customer success and learning new ways to bring value - Generally care about the employees - Lots of decent benefits that came from the Salesforce acquisition

Cons

- Lots of people churn at the moment from the great resignation - Role/org churn as the integration with Salesforce and business alignment matures. It is expected, but change is not "just" change for many.

Shift in leadership culture not positive. The once well oiled marketing and lead gen system is broken. Account assignments disorganized and not consistent. My quota assignment has been I’m excess of 300% you growth the past 2 years. With no justification how they arrive at the numbers. 4 new account lists in the last 4 years.
