      Great people. Great product. Good benefits.

      Post Salesforce acquisition there have been a lot of changes, re-orgs, and revisions of strategy. Resources are very tight with the hiring freeze that has been in place for some time, and now we've lost ~10% of our workforce. The latter has caused low morale and overwhelming work on those who survived.

      Pros

      Managers are great, no micromanaging, sales process is easier based on segment and sales cycle. Product can sell itself most of the time.

      Cons

      Pay is below average. Since migrating completely into Salesforce, Tableau reps merged under Salesforce reps which caused major disparity in patch/territory size for all afterwards = less pay overall in commissions. Optimistic it changes with major changes to new fiscal year though.
