      - The support team is huge and friendly and can offer a lot of support for each engineer. - Performance dashboard is nice and clear so everyone can see what everyone is doing. - Onboarding process is generous and encourages engineers to fully learn in the first 6 months

      Cons

      - Possible Age Discrimination: New hire with 0 experience in BI (but with 10+ experience in a non-software industry) is immediately hired as "Technical Support Engineer"(TSE), while existing members with 5+ years of experience in software industry were titled "Associate Technical Support Engineer"(ATSE). Though a ATSE is doing the exact same job as TSE (and much better for some), the salary is degrading. What they care about is not related experience, but your AGE. - Tableau Server is a highly stressful software with constant P1 server down cases and escalation. The salary is not worth all the stress. There are many products that do not have a "server down" mania with much higher salary.
