Don't do it

Pros

Nothing. This places is absolutely horrible.

Cons

The management is backstabbing and gets too involved with crew members personal lives. Favorites are played and if you're not one, trust me you'll be able to tell. They don't know how to schedule you properly and leave you shorthanded, then turn around and blame it on you. They say they have an "open door policy," complete bs.

Pros

It was a fun place to work and a really easy job from a Management point of view.

Cons

They allow too much drama from the managers. They allow managers to keep their position when they are not doing the job.

My low level coworkers are fun.

Pros

You can call in whenever you don't feel like coming in for whatever reason because no one ever gets fired. They cannot keep a staff.

Cons

No job training, no room to advance, no benefits, terrible pay, no one cares about anything, it's always dirty but they freak out over labor so nothing ever gets cleaned, mandatory to work holidays (yet you won't get paid time and a half), no breaks.
