Pros

I would say the single best reason to work at Taco Bell, is the feeling of family. You truly do have a family when you work there, it is never competitive, and more or less every co-worker I have are friendly, funny, and just great to be around. The pay isn't necessarily that bad, especially since you normally get paid above minimum wage. The hours you get assigned are fair, and you are asked in the beginning what hours you would like to work. Also, the schedule is VERY flexible, if you need to take a day off that you've already been assigned, the RGM will totally understand. (At least in my opinion) When you're working you get half off the entire menu! (Very good when ordering the cravings deal)

Cons

I guess the only con I can think of is the caloric level in the food, it isn't really that healthy of a place to eat all the time.

Pros

The pay is great. Time flys. You can put 40 regular hours and 10 over time every week. Sick time. Vacation time. 401 K after a year of employment.

Cons

Long hours. Can't have set hours. Someone will always get sick and you responsible to find someone to replace them. Employees leave come and go way to often.
