Business Outlook
Pros
The job itself is very easy, it requires multitasking and maintaining a good OTD less that 4 minutes. While also getting breaks out in time and making sure your cold prep times and temperature's are updated all day. It's super easy once you get the hang of it. While also getting a nice check every two weeks.
Cons
Some downsides will probably be inspections and maintaining your store organized. Other small cons are communicating within your employees, covering shifts, handing out write ups. Not everyone will be friendly and its your job to make sure everyone gets along so things can run smoothly within the store. The smoother things go the easier the job is for everyone.
