Pros

People are nice, discounted food, fun environment...not too stressful, it's usually a mellow environment since people usually do drive thrus

Cons

Not good enough training, I was trained with one session on the computer explaining the risks of not being clean. Make sure I put things in the right spot and that they usually give employees one month to learn

Pros

mostly flexible hours, some understanding managers who are in your corner

Cons

Long hours, heavy workload, terrible corporate management/rules/restrictions, some managers are plain awful just to be around, low pay, rude customers, every day is largely a repeat of the last, CORE/audits, too many to list really

Pros

Free snacks, nice clean building and free gym and free boot camp!

Cons

Taco Bell used to have strong culture and values but in the last couple of years I have sadly seen those go down the drain. Nearly all of the IT management has been replaced in the last 3 years with management that no longer fosters and grows its people and is no more effective than who they replaced. IT is moving most of the support out of state and much of it offshore.
