Pros

it has some decent food, only when you're hungry though.

Cons

The food will also sometimes leave you in the bathroom regretting earlier choices.

Pros

I got hired pretty fast

Cons

After getting hired I texted the hiring manager over a span of a month asking for my schedule and all I got was "I'm busy" text or "I'm in a meeting" then "We need to wait for a shipment of shirts". I had waited a second month texting and asking for updates and eventually he never answered me back. I called the store sometime after and a female manager said that shes sorry for my experience and that the district manager would contact me and get it figured out... NO CONTACT AT ALL. Very unprofessional even for a private franchise!! I'm still getting emails saying that my schedule was posted but it's always empty and no way to contact management!! When you call for a CEO they say they can't do anything since it's privately owned!!

Pros

As an AGM I am required to work 50+ a week, which allows me over ten hours of overtime pay a week. We also get quarterly bonuses as an AGM based on how well your store is performing.

Cons

It's a lot of hours 😅
