• Discounted food • Flexible hours • Ability to rotate work positions • Ability to leave or return on school breaks

Cons

• Rude Guests • Unprofessional management (at my particular location the managers spent most of their shift getting high behind the building) • Unsuccessful training process • High turnover rate • Favoritism • Inconsistent rules from one manager to another

Flexibility, good place to gain experience, easy to move up, easy job, free soda! Lots of bonus perks if your store works well together and meets or exceeds corporate standards.

Cons

Food service is not usually a permanent place, moderate stress, low pay, hours can be at anytime.
