Pros

Everyone is willing to be your friend. Most people are around their 20-30's and it makes for having a good time while staying productive. Quarterly raises were nice as well because making minimum wage doesn't pay the bills and we all could use extra spending money as well. Their promotional t-shirts are also a nice touch because you get to wear them instead of the uniform.

Cons

Uniforms are dreadful and upsetting. They are also abnormally tight around the waist. Management can get very bossy to the point that a worker could explode. They usually don't employ more than 2-3 employees as full time, so there is little room for improvement. You need to stay there for a long time in order to get more hours.
