Pros

The people are generally nice and care about the business. The re's a lot of great on-site facilities, such as gym, dry-cleaning, cafeteria and daycare.

Cons

It can be highly political. Some really strong folks are often overlooked and passed up. It can be frustrating for those who have a lot of potential, but aren't under the right management.

Pros

Generally we had a pretty fun friendly crew. Advancement with the company is good about basing it on performance.

Cons

Taco bell actually holds itself even above food safety standards of the state which is ridiculous. They are always changing products which makes it hard to maintain a normal customer base. People complain daily about new items and old ones leaving and it can get annoying.

Promotions only given to "favorite" departments and employees Company says they promote work life balance but everyone is expected to do 3-4 jobs on top of their own while being told they will never be promoted
