Pros

there are very few of them but...They pay more (12 cents more an hour) if you have open availibity.

Cons

Management never put up the work schedule until the last day. They would schedule more people than they needed and would send me home a lot. Sometimes only 30 minutes after I got there. The resturant was always dirty. Management never took it upon themselfs to do things that needed to be done such as ordering my uniform. My manager even forgot about my interview before I got the job and left me to interview with a shift leader.

Pros

Taco Bell is a good place to start off at. its very flexible and if you are halfway intelligent you can stand out. Advancement is readily available in large districts.

Cons

Sparratic hours. Co-workers can be a little dim. SELL SELL SELL attitude

Pros

Not really a demanding job. Can be done by anybody (as proven by the people management hires)

Cons

Political, Very political. Shift managers aren't really "management", but act as if they are. They'll go out of their way to hire their friends that cannot perform well enough for this already low standard job.
