Pros

Great place to start out because you get customer service experience and cash handling experience. It's also easier to get a job than at other places looking for experience.

Cons

It is like a restaurant and therefore each place is different. Some might be franchise and not offer benefits.

Pros

Taco Bell is fast paced and always changing. It rarely gets boring and the other employees can be fun to work with.

Cons

The pay is what you expect from a cheap fast food place, but the respect from management was the only problem I ever had with the company. Perhaps it was simply my location, but I have worked in management and never disrespected employees so continuously.
