Pros

It's a job, you get paid, and it's not terrible. The team atmosphere helps a lot, though this may vary by location.

Cons

There isn't a lot of room for career growth beyond your local location. Work tends to be a bit grungy.

Pros

Ease of job. Friendly staff. Good discount on employee meals. College reimbursement is one of the best that I have seen.

Cons

The overnight hours and weekend shifts are not a preferred time to work compared to a regular daytime, weekday job.

Pros

* Decent salary and benefits * Long training and on boarding * Potential for a decent career if you want to do fast food for a living.

Cons

* Horrendous shifts - NO balance of work/life * NO support of Management. Except to be totally self sufficient. If you do not immediately perform, you will not make it. * You have to really have a passion for fast food - only then will you thrive.
