Pros

easy job skills to learn, basic foundation for management to build off of and there is generally a good chance for advancement if your willing to move

Cons

employees are generally hired from the bottom percentile of "professional" workers and attitudes are generally neutral to poor as far as willing to give 110%

Pros

promotion is fairly easy. if you can breath you can get promoted....IF your DM likes you. otherwise you have to work your ass off to earn it.

Cons

50 hour work weeks....60 if you cannot control your labor...to many silly teens work here...the DM only cares about making the score...CBCC. customer satisfaction is a joke...

Pros

The area managers and store managers are very understanding. The crew acts as if they are one big family. The work itself isn't hard or complicated.

Cons

The availibility of hours is based on how much business the store receives. Sometimes people call in which makes you have to work harder.
