Pros
-Working around a tough schedule. During the school year, I pull in 15 hours a week for classes as well as 20 hours a week for extracurricular activities. -Free food. As a college student with very limited money this is a great incentive for me to work. Shift Managers (and upper management) are allowed to eat up to $10 a shift (I.E. $10 for lunch shift, $10 for dinner shift)
Cons
-Very limited breaks. We are only allowed breaks after each rush, with only 10 minutes each and 1 break per shift. -This job is very stressful, dealing with customer service for over 100+ customers within a 2 hour time frame (Rush hours) -Inconsistent Scheduling. With Taco Bell being a place where people get there first jobs, it is hard to keep everyone around. People quitting and getting fired are an almost daily routine. In fact, the regular workers usually have to work harder because new employee training is a almost daily event.
