Pros
Flexibility on employee availability Was the first fast food place that gave me multiple raises. The experience of management meant new employee training was really excellent.
Cons
Raises were not on scheduled or even discussed with employees before they happened. The "customer is always right" promotes a toxic environment wrought with resentments. With an experienced set of managers there is little opportunity to move up the ladder.
