Pros

Flexible hours Easy job Can really leave whenever you want

Cons

Customers The upper management doesn’t listen to their crew Even as just a shift lead they’ll ask you to do assist general manger things, which you’ll have no training for at all.

Pros

Can get consistent raises if you are recognized as a good employee. If you are able, help the management when they ask for it. The team and management that I had the privilege of working with made the fast food place really fun and enjoyable. I primarily worked the closing shift because I enjoyed the team so much. Everyone needs to do their part and contribute for it to be a pleasant experience. I personally never did stress about the job, it's just tacos.

Cons

To put it bluntly, upper management and my area manager were complete idiots and a disorganized mess. Many of my shift managers agreed with this. Daytime management put nearly all possible blame and expectations on the night crew. Some nights were extremely busy.
