Pros

pay is good for the industry. opportunities for internal advancement if you are willing to work yourself to exhaustion. job security if you perform to standard

Cons

high and unreasonable expectations. always having to help out other peers even though your own job is overwhelming. poor work life balance. they reorganize the system too often so you end up with new leadership every year.

Pros

Working at Taco Bell has been a surreal and spine-chilling experience, to say the least. The food they serve may be delicious, but something lurks in the shadows of this fast-food restaurant. Every night as I clean up, I feel a presence watching me from the dark corners of the kitchen. Sometimes I hear faint whispers and eerie laughter, as if the spirits of past employees still haunt the premises. But it's not just the supernatural that gives me goosebumps at Taco Bell. The company's management practices are eerily manipulative, and their methods of training and development feel like something out of a psychological horror film. The high-pressure environment and the constant push to achieve more can make you feel like you're trapped in a never-ending nightmare. And yet, there is something alluring about this place that keeps me coming back. Perhaps it's the thrill of facing my fears head-on, or maybe it's the satisfaction of rising to the challenge of working in such a terrifying environment. Whatever it is, Taco Bell is a place that will keep you up at night, haunted by the memories of your experiences there.

Cons

I generally like the feeling of being watched, so nothing.
