Shift Lead

Pros

My area seems to have an equal amount of male and female managers (shift leads-GMs) My store spends a lot of time training people so they're ready to be on their own when needed I got a raise after being recognized for working hard and make a few dollars above min. wage 50-100% off meals up to a certain price depending on location (mine is currently 100, but my first store was 50) Scholarship program

Cons

Can be difficult if you start as a manager or transfer stores if your night crew decides they don't like you Surveys are really pushed, some GMs will even give written warnings if you don't get enough Really focused on making your store go as fast as possible, if one person doesn't care about this, it can bring the rest of the team down Short staffed

Pros

It was a fun experience, learned many things even created a soup.

Cons

Co-workers had lots of drama and pay was not very good for all the work you have to put in.
