      Great benefits, 401k and salary.

      Terrible upper management. Alot of politics and if you haven't kissed the right butt you will get screwed.

      Pros

      Taco is a great place to start working at for your first time. I feel like I could get a lot of experience out of taco bell to continue my career.

      Cons

      Some of the downsides I fear of having my first job is always getting everything right on the first try. I feel like a meun like taco has a lot of thing to know but I feel like I could mange well.

      Flexible hours, decent training depending on where you work, friendly staff, vacation time after 1 year

      Cons

      Very taxing, a lot of hard work with little to no recognition, Long hours, can be stressfull for management, we have to maintain certain numbers and if not get documented for it.
