Asked what kind of laptop and OS I wanted, then sent a crappy Dell laptop with Windows. Boss always knows "exactly how to implement this". Talked to boss about how tedious it was to work with the code base, his response was "You'll get used to it". They had their own transpiler, so I recommended a way to avoid doing what they were doing (I can't divulge the details unfortunately) and his response was "What we have is explicit. We like explicit, and we're not changing it"

- LOT of learning opportunities. - Manager is very supportive and encourages learning on the job to upskill. - Multi level exposure for roles in the department. - Very flexible with holidays. - Good work environment. - Cafeteria is always stocked up with food and drink - free for employees. - Friendly staff - Employees parking - Fun games like TT, Carrom, Pool in the building, game room.

Being a large company, there are fairly good resources at our disposal

Cons

Take-Two has the worst benefits package for US employees I've ever seen. Of the 4 companies I've worked at, insurance covers the least amount of care and costs the most of any policies I've had. It's infuriating.
