Pros
Tapad has a really great work environment. There is a "get your stuff done" mentality that allows people to be flexible with their schedule and take time off when needed. People are generally very friendly and eager to help you learn, which is especially helpful if you're new to the ad tech industry. Great place for driven, experienced self-starters. You will work with some of the most intelligent, hardworking people you will ever meet.
Cons
If you don't have a team it can get a little lonely as the teams stick together pretty closely. There's very little guidance so if you're the type of person who needs to be given assignments and have your work checked or validated, this is not the place for you. Office is getting pretty crowded so it's gets loud during certain times of the day.
