      Great engineering team - learned a lot there

      Pros

      Tapad was a fantastic place to grow as an engineer. Got to work with some really cool frameworks and was able to learn a lot from engineering colleagues.

      Cons

      There was a lot of planning/reshaping/restructuring that was always happening but that I thankfully did not have to pay very much attention to.
