- Tapad has a great work life balance atmosphere. People do take advantage of the flexible work from home policy and unlimited PTO. - There are a lot of opportunities for growth if you're are pro-active about learning, taking responsibility or suggesting good ideas. People do listen here and bureaucracy does not take precedent over innovation. - Tapad has some really experienced talented employees who are a pleasure to work with and it fits well with the engineering team's willingness to assess and implement new technology. - Tapad does appreciate and recognize the employees who work hard and are significant contributors. They are willing to meet requests from those employees and it's a meritocracy in that sense. - Tapad is doing well despite the turmoil in the wider ad tech ecosystem.

Company culture is excellent. There are no walls between executive, managers, etc and everyone is friendly and very helpful with all issues or questions. Managers are accommodating to everything that comes up and wants you to succeed, not just in the company but also for your career in general. Team lunches, unlimited PTO, ping pong table, unlimited snacks, great holiday parties and recently we added going to an offsite (Bahamas)
