Pros

Target has a culture that is inclusive, with competitive salaries and decent vacation time

Cons

This role is very very demanding, you always feel you need more headcount that you will not get. You have to sit in this role for 2+ years to even be considered for a lateral movement. They never make exceptions to this and it is super frustrating. Outdated systems and constant “fires” to put it out make it stressful.
