      It's a great job...but no career!

      Pros

      Fun place to work. The work environment is very friendly like we are all a family. Management does a great job in making sure every team member is on board with the changes that take place. It's a great place to obtain entry level management experience.

      Cons

      Expected to do a lot of work in a limited 40 hour work week. Raises are available but not great. I've been with the company for 3 years...of which I have always been reviewed excellent (above average) and I make $1.60 more per hour than when I started. It's retail!

      Pros

      the pros for this position is definalty the feel of working there, its like everyone is working hard to make the experiance a good one. Makes working their loads easier when you dont have to worry about co-workers being jerks. The managers and team leaders are very understanding.

      Cons

      cons are obviously the low pay and slow process of getting raises, (it takes a whole year). You really have to work hard to show that your a valuble asset but once they u do they will begin to respect and work more closely with you. Some people can be prissy, but more often then not its the guest that will bring you the most grief.

      Pros

      As an intern I am treated as an Executive Team Leader by team members as well as the other ETLs. I've been able to take ownership of my development and have constantly been kept aware of the future leadership opportunities within the company.

      Cons

      The feedback is difficult to manage in the beginning for some people. I was not used to gaining such honest feedback but I have now come to value it.
