It can be very demanding at times, pulling you in different directions and different tasks.

Pros

Target provides reliable hours and is flexible for those in school or working another job. It serves well as a means of learning basic skills necessary for any job (drive, initiative, etc), and above all teaches one patience and how to navigate selfish and irresponsible people.

Cons

Target suffers from a lack of sufficient personnel who genuinely care about properly dealing with issues (this can range from proper handling of chemicals to coordination b/w team members. Management, while typically more motivated than the average team member, varies in quality and is often detached from the reality of specific operations.
