      Its a great company to start with out of college but the novelty wears off in 1-3 years.

      Pros

      Laid back, great learning experience. Ideal starting job out of college. The training program is fun and there are many activities that TATA does outside of the business that help unite those within.

      Cons

      There is very little opportunity for advancement and can be sent to a client for 6 months at a time. Some of my co-workers were sent to Seattle on a weeks notice and were required to remain there for half a year.

      Good Onsite opportunities irrespective of your abilities Job security . Rare occasions you get fired Flexibility to change technology if you are ready to take the workload

      Cons

      Pathetic HR Employee Rewards are a disappointment Sometimes there are lot of projects which kind of de skill you and most of the at senior level you would be doing people management rather than quality project management.
