Pros

The company has great core values and has a great culture overall. Technip definitely supports employees and has a great open door policy. They also have a lot of perks like, on-site clinic, dentist, bank, and gyms & deli in each tower, oh and great benefits too. Also, 9/80 work schedule.

Cons

Your manager/supervisor definitely hold the keys to your career. They can either offer managerial support to ensure you are being set up for success within the company or hinder your growth despite how talented you are.

The people are the best thing about the company.

Cons

Like most corporations, the shareholder is the most important stakeholders to the company these days. Unpopular return to office policies, reorganization in management and business unit structures, lack of investment in employees and benefits, coupled with corporate stock buy-backs leave employees feeling undervalued.
