Culture is run with an old white boys club mentality. If you're not part of the club, you're not climbing the ranks. New employees get paid a lot more than existing employees. If you've apent more than 2 years here without getting a pay raise, you're not getting anymore for a fee more years. Unless you moved here as an expat from their Norway or Brazil locations.
Management spends most of their time trying to figure out how to save their own jobs by playing politics instead of leading with vision and creativity. If your ideas don't serve the immediate need or not basic enough for management to understand, then you're wasting your time. Employees mostly bond over shared miserable experiences. Management puts on a good show getting you pumped up and making commitments they won't keep.
